PwC's Academy Sri Lanka together with Six Sigma Management Institute have designed a 15 hour program in business process excellence for Senior Management to provide understanding on essential improvement methodologies, structured problem-solving tools, and automation software to instigate Business Process Excellence in their organizations.

As a part of the programme all the participants will understand the critical elements of a process(s), determining their interrelations and maturity levels, methods of visualization to understand possible improvements, methods of undertaking business improvement projects, making sense of data collected and the use of robotic process automation (RPA) tools.    

The 15 hour intensive programme makes sure participants not only understand the essential knowledge elements but gain the ability to apply the learning in their business process excellence activities right-away.  Successful participants also get the opportunity to gain direct access to SSMI Flagship Lean Six Sigma Belt qualification programmes, PWC programmes on Robotic Process Automation programmes and obtain the valued credential
